The top of St Peter's

I love seeing the Cross here. Thousands of Christians were killed here as the emperors tried to snuff out their faith. But still the Cross stands today in the center of the relic it overcame

The Coliseum was named not for it's size but for the colossal bronze statute that stood right outside the entrance

The City of Rome was founded by two brothers Remus and Romulus it's said that they were the children of Mars and Rhea Silvia. They were abandoned, sent into the wilderness and then nursed by a she wolf. Sounds rational to me :)
